Here’s updated studio news. I’ve tried to separate out stuff specifically for teachers only versus all of the studio crew. Please take a couple minutes to log the useful info. I’ll also make sure to add this to the Studio Crew HQ.

Classes have started at the studio with the new schedule below. Don’t forget about your $5 class code whenever you wanna take a class!
Front Door code – Currently 5535. It will be changing again at the end of November.
Halloween – I will be handing out candy at the studio as part of the Cherokee st halloween celebration. Candy for the kids and candy + a coupon for grown folks. I’ll be here from 5:30 until the candy runs out.
Coming up in December – Dec 7th is Printer’s Bazaar and the studio will be participating! Saturday Dec 14 is tentatively gonna be a date for a micro-performance at the studio. More info coming after halloween.
Studio Crew HQ – thatuntitledproject.com/studio-crew-hq/ – This page will have all the useful updates and past studio emails for y’all to refer to. Password – “crew2900”
Teacher specific
Studio Calendar – I’ve shared an internal google calendar with y’all. Studio rentals, bookings, and office appointments, will automatically show up. When you want to use your weekly studio hour, add it to the calendar.
– To add something onto the calendar, first accept the calendar invite. After that, create the event on your calendar and simply invite “That Untitled Project Studio & Office” as a guest. After that I’ll either accept it and you’re good to go, ask clarifying questions, or will let you know why it won’t work.
Photos/Videos in class – Always always always let folks know before you plan to take photos or videos in class. Give every participant a chance to consent or pass even if you’re not posting on social media. Folks are given an optional photo/video consent form when they sign up for class at TUP and I’d love to keep their consent options consistent.
Teacher Folders – In the studio office you’ll find a folder with your name hanging on the back of the door. If there’s paperwork between us, or hard copies of anything for you, it’ll be there!
Payroll – If you wanna be paid, make sure you fill out your W9 and also fill out the direct deposit info sent to your email. Let me know if you haven’t seen this email and I’ll resend it.
